Nerooh Coaching and Consulting (“Nerooh”) is a subsidiary of Nerooh & Associates Co. Ltd, which is headquartered in Trinidad and Tobago. With almost 10 years’ experience in the industry, we have taken a strategic decision to share our passion by helping others. Our services are designed to empower you and/or your business for real and sustainable success. We do so by equipping you with the tools you need to succeed holistically.
Nerooh & Associates has delivered training and coaching programmes across sectors of business industry and among diverse groups of individuals. Meet Our Coach
Nkese Harriott
Hi, I’m Nkese. My mission is to support conscious individuals, leaders and change-makers who are looking to bring a more balanced approach to life and success. I do so by helping them identify and address their imbalances as well as support them in identifying and harnessing their innate blueprint for greatness. This empowers them to fulfill their highest potential in their personal lives, teams and businesses. The end result is that they get to create the highest and most positive impact in the world in a manner that feels true and authentic to who they are.
I grew up in Trinidad and Tobago and have lived in the United States and the United Kingdom. I am a Certified Business Coach and have a dual master’s degree in Global Media & Communications and Global Communication from The London School of Economics and Political Science and The University of Southern California respectively. My background is in communication, leadership, stakeholder engagement and mentorship. I love yoga, music, art and storytelling and am an avid and lifelong learner with a natural gift and love of coaching, consulting and personal development. Over the years, I have honed my skills through volunteer work and consistent practice. Through my years of practical experience, I have come to recognize and understand that lasting and positive change, influence and impact starts from within and being true to who you are.
My sessions are focused, compact, challenging and fun. I will actively listen to you, challenge you when required, provide thorough insight and guide you through fears and pitfalls so that reach your goals faster. You are going to gain clarity, confidence and a clear framework to achieve your desired vision and success.
